We read every message. There is no contact form and no account — email is the fastest way to reach us. Token counting runs in your browser; we never receive the text you paste on the tools unless you include it in your email.
Include the page URL. For counting issues, paste a short sample and say which mode you used (for example OpenAI o200k or Claude approximate) so we can reproduce the result.
What to write about
- A token count that looks wrong for a specific mode or encoding
- Methodology wording that is unclear or seems to overclaim precision
- Broken link, layout issue, or accessibility problem
- Privacy question about analytics, ads, or how pasted text is handled
- A factual correction on a guide or static page
Incorrect exact-mode counts and privacy wording are treated as urgent once we can reproduce them from what you send.
What we cannot help with
We cannot change your OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google account bills, raise API rate limits, recover lost chats, or provide official tokenizer support for those vendors. For billing and account issues, use the provider’s own console and support. We also cannot give legal advice about your prompts or training data.
